Here at CloseBot we love to watch week to week how well all of our incredible users' bots are performing. Now you too can deep dive into your bot's performance with our weekly bot stats email (automatically emailed to you every Friday if you're a paid user)!

This data can help you make informed decision about what's working and what's not and compare changes over time. Here is a sample view of what one of these reports looks like:

Available Information

There's a lot of information here, so let us explain what each column in this report means.

uid

Your User ID within CloseBot for this bot

bot_id

The Bot ID for the bot row

stop_on

Setting for detecting aggression. If you have this on within your settings, you can see that here per bot.

end_stop_on

Setting to turn the bot off when all objectives are complete. If you have this on within your settings, you can see that here per bot.

use_limit

Usage limit established on the bot. This is the limit of how many messages within a 30-day rolling period you want the bot to be allowed to respond to.

endpoint

If you have this bot connected to an endpoint where it will send data to when it's done processing, that will show up here.

model

Model this bot is using to process the final message and most in-between stages. If not set, the bot is using the default gpt-4-turbo

location_id

The location id for the GoHighLevel sub account this bot is connected to if it's integrated with a GoHighLevel account.

booking_error_flag

Whether or not you want this bot to be allowed to add tags to contacts when a booking error is detected.

ai_responded_flag

Whether or not you want this bot to add the tag to contacts to let you know when it has responded.

ai_aggression_detected_flag

Whether or not you want this bot to add a tag to let you know that it has turned a bot off due to aggression being detected.

ai_objectives_complete_flag

Whether or not you want this bot to add a tag to let you know that it has completed all of its objectives.

ai_appointment_booked_flag

Whether or not you want this bot to add a tag to let you know when it has booked an appointment for a contact. This is always on.

delay

The amount of time in additional seconds that you want the bot to wait before it begins processing a response. A larger delay means the bot takes longer to respond to messages, but has a better back to back message handling as well.

typos

The percentage of times that you want the bot to include typos in its responses. This is a percentage so a value of 100 means the bot will always include a typo vs. 0 where the bot will never make a typo mistake.

breakup

The percentage of breakup messages you have set for this bot. This is a percentage so a value of 100 means the bot will always break up larger messages into two smaller messages vs. 0 where the bot will never break up larger messages into smaller messages.

connected

Whether or not this bot is connected successfully (default TRUE). This column will display as False if you had the bot connected and then something happened on the integrator end to result in a disconnected bot. If your bot got disconnected, you'll notice there are warnings on that bot within CloseBot and you should have received an email notification, notifying you of the disconnected bot.

outbound_responses

The number of messages your bot has sent

outbound_followups

The number of followup messages this bot has sent

inbound_messages

The number of messages your leads have sent to your bot. This does not always equal the number of outbound_responses because some inbound messages come back-to-back and are processed as together as a single response.

credits_spent

The amount of CloseBot credits this bot has used

unique_contacts_responded

How many unique Contact IDs have engaged with this bot

appointments_set

The number of appointments this bot has set

undeliverable_messages

The number of messages that were unable to be delivered because of an issue either with CloseBot or with your integration

minor_error_messages

The number of messages that still sent but with possible errors

booking_attempt_messages_total

Total number of booking-related messages sent
