The most important differences between the Basic plan and the higher tiers will be the number of bots, the ability to attach an OpenAI API key, and the 30 day message limit. Most users will want the ability to have multiple bots for either the same sub account and/or sell the amazing bots they've created to others. With our Basic plan you will buy credits through Closebot at about 3 cents per message. All tiers above Basic will be able to connect their OpenAI API key which reduces per message cost to about $0.01 per message (billed through OpenAI)

With our Standard plan you can attach your OpenAI API key to save on message costs. You will also be able to create up to 3 bots and will have no message limits. Our Standard plan allows you to access more advanced training in your objectives. You can give your bot custom lead responses, types of answers you want the AI to give those responses, and how you want the AI to rate those lead responses. This plan also has a large increase on the amount of Knowledge you can upload for your bots.

Our Super Users get it all! With Unlimited Bots you are also able to White-label CloseBot with your own domain and logo. You can then have sub users paying you for access to your special bot or bots they make themselves. You will have access to advanced analytics in your CloseBot dashboard to more closely monitor usage.
