This section displays once you've connected a GoHighLevel CRM. When a Gather Info objective is accomplished, the AI will then update the connected Auto-Update field!

Here's an example:

This objective will conversationally gather the reason for the contact wanting to sell a property. When that objective is completed, it will update a field we have created in our CRM called Reason for Selling. We have also selected the option Skip Objective if Field is Already Filled Out. If there's already a value in this field, the AI will skip this objective.

If your bot is connected to multiple accounts, it will pull in the available options for each different account so it will still be able to update across different subaccounts with different field options as long as the field key is the same. More on that here.

IMPORTANT: CloseBot will only update fields when the objective has completed. So make sure you set up your objectives to complete for both positive and negatives by modifying your short description if you want to do something like lead disqualification. More on that HERE
