If you've done prospecting and lead qualification, you know the money is made in the follow up. Let me show you how you can get CloseBot to generate a followup message for you on your custom followup cadence 💪

Create a new workflow in your High Level account that will determine the follow up cadence. There will not be a trigger. Then you want to make sure there is a wait action and a webhook action.

The webhook details will look like this:

This webhook sends a command to CloseBot, telling it to look at the conversation, craft a follow up message and send it on the last channel of communication! It will only do this if the tag ai off is not present on the contact. So there's no need to filter people out of this flow based on that tag's presence.

Now go to the workflow you created during your initial CloseBot setup here. We want to reset the contact's position in this followup workflow we created every time we receive a message from the contact. We do that by removing them from the followup workflow and adding them back every time a message is sent to CloseBot for processing:

With this added to our initial workflow, any time a message comes in from a contact, they are re-enrolled in our followup workflow. This restarts the wait stage before sending them a followup. This setup will result in contacts ALWAYS getting a followup after your custom wait period. If you do not want contacts to receive followups after they have made it to the end of your bot's objectives, turn this setting on in your CloseBot account for this bot.
