Reviewing the fields you have access to when you connect an account to CloseBot with LeadConnector

Here is a description of the 4 fields that will automatically be added to your sub account after it is connected to CloseBot.

Goals Accomplished

This is definitely the most crucial field CloseBot offers. It updates in our CRM when objectives we create are satisfied. It also gives us the ability to update our bot inside workflows to skips objectives, route to other bots, or any other circumstance where you want to trigger changes based on changes to the goals accomplished field.

This will start out with a placeholder as show below, but will automatically update with your Objective Titles as you make changes to your connected bot. CloseBot will automatically add any new Objectives here, but will never delete them. If you update your Objectives, removing some, you can edit the Custom Field to delete these manually.

Message History

The back and forth messages between the lead and the bot. This is a field provided for you that your bot doesn't need. It's there in case you want to reference it later.

Latest AI Response

For your own use if you want, we add the text value of the latest bot response to this field. Use this for your own workflow triggering and filtering however you want!

Conversation Summary

CloseBot won't load anything into this field until you call our free workflow action in a workflow. At that point, a summary of the conversation up until that point will be generated and loaded into this field. Perfect for use when a lead has been qualified and you want a summary of the conversation generated and sent to the business owner for review.
