Objective Sensitivity

The sensitivity of an objective sets the rating threshold required for an objective to be considered completed

This is a feature for the higher tier memberships that allow you to determine how sensitive the bot should be when determining whether or not to complete an objective. The default value is 50. An objective that you want to be super strict about can have a value closer to the upper limit of 99 while objectives you're more relaxed about can have a value closer to the lower limit of 1. Keeping this set to the default value of 50 is a good idea.

How it Works

Any time the bot is checking whether or not an objective has been completed, it compares the required sensitivity rating with the rating it determines at its Goal Check phase. We can click any message to examine the rating. For example, here the bot is working on checking what type of business Emily is working in.

By clicking on the message in the dashboard, we can see that it has rated the response an 85, which is above the default of 50. Therefore, this objective would be marked as complete and it would move on to the next objective.
